Since this week's #SundaySupper theme is "lighten up the holidays," I thought this recipe would be appropriate. After all, what's Thanksgiving without the taste of pumpkin pie?

LOW-CALORIE PUMPKIN PIE MALTED MILKSHAKE   {PRINT THIS RECIPE}
Servings:  2       Prep Time: 5 minutes, tops

1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin purée
1½ cups low-fat, low-sugar frozen vanilla yogurt
1 cup low-fat milk
1 tablespoon vanilla malted milk powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
1 cup ice

-Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
-Serve immediately.
